Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policies

All orders will have shipping charges added unless otherwise noted (free shipping specials for example). Shipping charges are based on weight and size of package, and destination zip code. Shipping charges are non-refundable. “Flat-rate” and “free shipping” specials are only available within the continental United States.

Oversize or heavy packages may have surcharges added, regardless of whether “flat-rate”, “free shipping”, or “standard shipping” are chosen. You will be contacted for approval of additional shipping charges if surcharges apply to your order.

We currently ship to the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii, and Canada.

Orders are shipped within 2 business days, excluding those placed on weekends or holidays, which are shipped on the next business day. This does not apply to custom or special orders.

We ship orders to the shipping address the customer provides. Two Hands Paperie is not responsible for packages that are shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.  Please confirm shipping addresses are correct. If a package is delivered to an incorrect address due to the customer providing it, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the United States Postal Service to have the package redirected or returned to us. We do not refund shipping charges for improperly addressed orders.

We strive to maintain accurate inventory. In the event that an item is out of stock, back ordered, or discontinued, we will notify you within two business days.

Tracking numbers will be emailed on the day your package ships.

We do our best to reduce waste and save trees- we reuse packing materials and shipping boxes from deliveries we receive whenever possible. Please reuse or recycle these materials.

Shipping Methods

Our preferred carrier is the United States Postal Service. When “flat-rate shipping” or “free shipping” are chosen, orders are shipped using the ground shipping method we choose, usually Priority Mail, but occasionally First Class and Parcel Post. Priority Mail and Parcel Post packages deliver within 5 to 10 days in the Continental United States, but can take up to two weeks.

“Flat-rate” or “free shipping” items are not expedited. Expedited shipping can be arranged on any order for additional fees. Expedited charges can be viewed in a drop-down menu during checkout.

Shipping to Canada will be via the United States Postal Service using First Class International shipping.

Damages, Returns, and Exchanges For

Please inspect all shipments upon receipt and notify Two Hands Paperie immediately if an item is damaged- email Appropriate action will be taken depending on the type of damage, shipping method, and carrier.

We accept returns for online sales- request must be made within 14 days of delivery. This period is extended during the holiday season- we understand that items are given as gifts! All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number to be processed. Please contact us by email at with your return request and to receive your RA number. Be sure to include your full name and your order number in the email.

All returns must be received in new, unused, unopened condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable- only product cost will be refunded. Refunds will be made promptly, within 3 business days of receipt of acceptable return merchandise. Credit will be applied to original method of payment. You may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped at no charge.

The following items are NOT RETURNABLE:
-decorative sheet paper
-special orders of any kind
-custom orders such as printing, stamps, or embossers
-sale items

Pricing Policy for Online Merchandise

Two Hands Paperie and offer different products, services, and specials. All products carried in the retail store are not available on the website. Certain products may be offered on the website which are not available in the store. Prices for products may be different on the website and in the store.

Discounts and specials offered in the store may not be applied to website purchases. Coupons, promo codes, specials, and shipping offers on the website may not be applied to in-store purchases. Offers may not be combined unless otherwise noted in specific offers.
