Class size is limited, we recommend signing up early. Some classes have multiple sessions so check the dates and times listed before registering. For in-store classes and online classes without a kit, register up to the day before. For online classes that include a kit, register 14 days in advance to receive your class kit in time.
WAITLIST
There are no waitlists for class enrollment. Sometimes spots open up after the class has sold out. To be notified when a spot opens, click the ‘notify me’ button at the bottom of the webpage of the sold out class.
REQUIREMENTS
All participants must be 15 years or older. Unless otherwise noted, no prior experience is required. There is no age restriction for in-store events.
HEALTH SAFETY & ACCESSIBILITY
Due to the limited size of the classroom, social distancing will not be possible. Attendees are welcome to wear masks. Help keep community members and our staff safe, please do not attend if you are feeling sick. If you have questions regarding classroom safety and/or accessibility, contact twohandsclasses@gmail.com. We do our best, but may not be able to make accommodations day-of so please reach out with questions ahead of time.
PRE-CLASS EMAIL & ATTENDANCE
An email will be sent to participants the Monday before the class, to the email address used to register for the class. Classes with homework may receive pre-class info earlier. Due to SPAM filters and inbox settings, we cannot guarantee you will see, read, or open these emails. You are responsible for attendance for the number of spots reserved at the time and date specified for the class. Two Hands Paperie assumes no responsibility for non-attendance of a class.
MATERIALS & KITS
For the majority of classes, the class fee includes most materials. Check the class webpage to see what you might need to bring for in-store classes. For online classes, check to see what you need to have on hand. For online classes that include a kit: kits are mailed approximately 2 weeks before via USPS to the address you provided at registration.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
In-store Events – we do not offer a refund or credit for the $5 event registration. Please let us know if you will not be attending and we will open the spot up to someone else or let us know if you would like to gift your spot to a friend.
In-Store/In-Studio Classes – cancel 14 days before the first class meeting to receive a refund. We’ll cancel a class if fewer than 3 students are enrolled 48 hours before the class.
Online Classes Without Kits - cancel 14 days before the first class meeting to receive a refund. We’ll cancel a class if fewer than 6 students are enrolled 7 days before the class.
Online Classes that Include a Kit – cancel 21 days before the first class meeting to receive a refund. We’ll cancel a class if fewer than 6 students are enrolled 14 days before the class.

We retain a $10 processing fee for each class canceled before the cancellation deadline. We can either apply the remaining funds to another class or issue a refund. For cancellations after the cancellation deadline there is no refund or credit (no additional fees will be charged). If we cancel a class, we’ll contact you by email and refund the FULL class fee.
PURCHASING THIS CLASS AS A GIFT OR MORE THAN ONE SPOT?
CPlease provide the participant's name and contact info in the Special Instructions section of your SHOPPING CART so we can send the recipient class information and add them to the class list. We will contact you If we don't have this information. All participants must be 15 years or older

Unless otherwise noted, in-store classes are held at our storefront - 803 Pearl Street, Boulder, 80302. All online classes are taught via Zoom. Some classes are held in an alternate location which is noted in the class info, and address emailed to participants ahead of class.
ONLINE CLASSES – ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
An email with the Zoom link will be sent to participants the Monday before the class, and sent again early morning, the day of class. Classes with homework may receive pre-class info earlier. As a courtesy, online classes are recorded and made available to registered participants for 14 days after the class. Class recordings are not archived or used for other purposes. Recordings are not guaranteed, as uncontrollable technical glitches can occur.

We cannot offer discounts on classes. Discount codes will not apply to classes in your cart at checkout. Online gift cards may be used to purchase classes. If you have a paper gift certificate purchased in our store, please call the shop and register over the phone or in person.

What shipping service do you use?
We ship via UPS , the USPS, and FEDEX. Orders are shipped using the ground shipping method we choose. If you have experienced issues with package delivery at your address, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange to ship appropriately. If a package is returned to us because an undeliverable address was provided we do not reship for free.
