The Mitsubishi 9800VB comes in robin's egg blue finish so that it stands out form all your other pencils. These pencils have a special coating developed jointly by the Tokyo Institute of Technology and Keio University that is designed to block the growth of viruses and fungi on the pencil, and thus cut cold and flu transmission if the pencil is shared.
